Two new Humboldt fellows at PhOG

Great news from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation:
- A Humboldt Research Award will be awarded to Prof. Dr. Andrey Rogach (City University of Hong Kong) for one year starting in July 2019.
- A Humboldt Research Postdoctoral Fellowship will be awarded to Dr. Tushar Debnath (NTU Singapore) for two years starting in spring 2019
